All our products are shipped within 12-24 hours once the order is placed (except Sundays and Public Holidays)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain the tracking no and carrier service provider.

Orders are generally delivered within 4-6 working days.

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders that have been shipped will not be eligible for cancellation.

• If you have received the damaged product or the wrong product, please write to us within 3 days of delivery at hello@label-my.com with your order details, after the receipt of the product we will send you the fresh piece.
• We have an easy 7-day exchange Policy. We recommend you go through the size chart properly before placing an order or call us for any assistance. In case you need any size exchange you have to send back the product for next size exchange. Shipping charges will be borne by you.
• We do not offer any return/exchange on sale products.
